For many years I enjoyed a successful career in media and events and over time I started to experience back pain. My poor posture, week core and lack of flexibility were also affecting my sporting activities often resulting in knee and foot pain. A consultant recommended I try Pilates and after my first course I couldn’t believe the difference! These exercises were so successful for me that I developed a passion for Pilates and wanted to help others reap the rewards.
